Describes in detail an inshore route from St Peter Port, north about, and returning via the south coast.  Considers the tidal streams and various anchorages around the coast, notably Cobo on the NW coast and Portelet in the extreme SW.  If the weather does not permit a full circumnavigation, there are options to look at various east and north coast stopovers.
